Clean and Environmentally Friendly Coating Processes.

Coatings also pay off for the environment. Optimum wear protection? So reduced consumption of resources and less waste! Improved gliding properties, higher performance? So less energy consumption! The coating process itself is also environmentally friendly. Due to the low coating temperature compared to other coating technologies, e.g. the PVD process, less energy is required. The process is generally very clean, there is no environmental pollution whatsoever.

RE-USE

Turning Old Into Like New: Conserving Resources with Re-coating.

The recycling or reuse of existing materials naturally reduces the use of raw materials. Our contribution? Re-coating, the professional repair of coated tools and components that are already in the production process! For this purpose, the tool surface is optimized, decoated and/or polished. It is then coated with a high-quality, new Eifeler coating. Old becomes like new – resource conservation included!

Does the well-protected transportation of your workpieces generate vast amounts of packaging waste? Not with our reusable transport boxes for flexible adaptation to all batch sizes. This reduces packaging material twice – for you and for us. With our optional pick-up service, many unnecessary journeys and empty kilometers are saved compared to in-house delivery! Because we drive to one company after another along our routes. Transport and handling – as convenient and environmentally friendly as possible.
